LYFT: Last year, we introduced Lyft Concierge to help individuals ride to and from important appointments. Since then, we’ve partnered with companies like JetBlue, CareMore, and GoGoGrandparent to help employees get to their home safe, to get customers to meetings, and to help even more patients get to their appointments. Today, we’re excited to expand Concierge access to organizations of all sizes.

Previously available only to a subset of partners, Concierge can now be used by organizations of all sizes to request or schedule rides for other people. With Concierge, companies can access real-time ride tracking, reduce the cost of their transportation programs, and enjoy 24-hour customer support.
