E-Truck S2: Smarter, Cleaner, Driver-Friendly

The E-Truck S2 is Westwell’s next-generation fully electric, heavy-duty vehicle, designed in-house and built with future autonomy in mind. It’s an evolution of the E-Truck S1—already operating at key ports in Thailand, Peru, and Pakistan—and tackles key challenges such as noise, vibration, and emissions.

Key highlights:

  • AI-Powered Performance: Westwell’s new AI-VCU (Vehicle Control Unit) uses multi-modal algorithms to adapt to real-time conditions, improving efficiency and extending component life.

  • Enhanced Stability & Comfort: A new wheel-side reduction axle with air suspension improves load handling and roll stability by 25%. Driver comfort is boosted with an air-ride seat, strong air conditioning, and ergonomic cab layout (1540×1550×1750mm).

  • Long Runtime, Easy Maintenance: With 282kWh and 310kWh LFP battery options, the E-Truck S2 delivers up to 16+ hours of runtime. A transmission-free design and centralized lubrication system reduce maintenance downtime.

  • Autonomous-Ready: Built on Westwell’s steer-by-wire chassis (2.0), the S2 is future-proof for full autonomous operation via the Qomolo platform.

Q-Truck: Autonomous Logistics in Action

Also featured was the proven Q-Truck, Westwell’s flagship autonomous electric truck built for commercial port operations. Equipped with a proprietary multi-task perception engine, Bird’s Eye View (BEV) sensing, and a Transformer-based decision system, the Q-Truck brings advanced situational awareness and precise navigation.

Already operating globally:

  • UK: The Port of Felixstowe runs 24/7 autonomous operations using Westwell’s Q-Trucks, seamlessly integrated into daily workflows.

  • UAE: CSP Abu Dhabi Terminal has expanded its fleet with 12 new Q-Trucks, supporting fully autonomous logistics from end to end.

ReeWell Platform: Unified, Intelligent Logistics

Westwell also introduced ReeWell, its all-scenario dispatch and coordination system. Designed to unify automation across logistics operations, ReeWell is part of the company’s broader Ainergy Strategy, combining AI with energy innovation to enable smart, scalable logistics ecosystems worldwide.
