Highlights of the Update:

• Developers Can Now Use Apple’s On-Device AI
  Apple is opening up its Foundation Models framework, giving developers direct access to the same powerful language model that powers Apple Intelligence — fast, private, and usable even offline. Think AI-powered quizzes, smarter searches, and personalized experiences without using the cloud.

• Live Translation Now Built-In
  Apple Intelligence can now translate messages and conversations live in Messages, FaceTime, and Phone — ideal for travel, global teams, or just making new international friends.

• Genmoji + Image Playground Boosted
  Create expressive, personalized Genmoji by mixing emoji and custom descriptions. New Image Playground styles — like oil painting or vector art — offer more creative flexibility. Users can even send image prompts to ChatGPT (only with permission) to generate visuals in Any Style mode.

  The new Workout Buddy uses Apple Intelligence to generate real-time motivation and analysis, with voice feedback built from real Fitness+ trainers. It’s private, dynamic, and tailored to your workouts.

• Smarter Shortcuts with AI Actions
  Shortcuts now integrate directly with Apple Intelligence. Users can automate tasks like summarizing notes, creating polls in Messages, or comparing audio transcripts with written notes — all processed on-device.

Other Enhancements:

• Reminders now automatically categorize actions from emails or websites.

• Apple Wallet summarizes delivery and order tracking details — even outside Apple Pay.

• Messages gets poll suggestions, personalized backgrounds, and richer customization tools with Image Playground.

• Language Expansion: Apple Intelligence is rolling out to eight more languages including Dutch, Swedish, Turkish, and Vietnamese by year’s end.
