Western Digital To Buy SanDisk



Western Digital has announced that it will purchase SanDisk in a $19 billion worth deal, the deal will be paid for with a combination of cash and stock.

The new deal values Sandisk stock at $86.50 per share and the deal has been approved by the board of directors of both companies.
